Shipping Policies

We want to make your purchase as easy as possible. Our shipping costs are:

  • Spain and Portugal (Iberian Peninsula): Free
  • European Union: 15€
  • Rest of the world: 45€

Delivery time

  • Spain and Portugal: 2-3 working days
  • European Union: 3-4 working days
  • Rest of world: 4-5 working days

Orders will be prepared once payment has been confirmed, within the hours of 9:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday. Orders confirmed outside these hours will be prepared the next working day.

Exchange policy

Can I exchange my LOFS to another model of different size or color?

Of course. Within the Iberian Peninsula, the first exchange of a different size or color are free. Outside the Iberian Peninsula the customer pays the cost of the exchange unless due to a product flaw. Write to us at help@lofsshoes.com telling us the reason for the exchange and which color/size you request.

All products returned to us for exchange must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, including original tags and accessories.

Return policy

1. Can I return my LOFS?

If you want to return your LOFS, write to us at help@lofsshoes.com telling us the reason for the return (your opinion helps us to keep improving).

You have 15 days after receipt of your LOFS to request a return. Send the shoes in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, including original tags and accessories, to the following address:

Important note: Until we receive the delivery and check its status it remains your responsibility. Therefore we recommend that you ship the product to us by messenger or certified mail to ensure our receipt.

2. Product conditions for return

It is essential that all products returned to us must be in suitable condition for resale, i.e. unworn and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, including original tags and accessories.

3. Is there a cost for the return?

There is no restocking fee, however return shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.

4. When and how will I receive my refund?

Once we verify that the product has been returned in perfect condition and ready for resale, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of a refund to the account from which you placed the original order.
