Shipments and returns

Shipment policy

We want to make your purchase as easy and affordable as possible. Currently these are the shipping costs:

  • Iberian Peninsula: Free shipping costs
  • Balearic islands: 5€
  • European union: 10€
  • Rest of the world: 45€

Terms of delivery

  • Spain: 1 - 2 workdays
  • European union: 3 - 4 workdays
  • Rest of the world: 5 - 6 workdays

Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and within the hours of 9:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday weekdays. In the case of orders placed outside these hours, we will prepare them the following working day.

Exchanges policy

Can I change my LOFS for others of different size or color?

Of course I do. If you want to change your LOFS of color or size, we charge the costs of a first change which is therefore FREE for you. Please contact us at ayuda@lofsshoes.com indicating the reason for the change and why color and / or size you want to make the change. We will send by courier a person who will collect the LOFS where you indicate us and will give you the ones you have chosen.

Remember that it is essential for the change that the LOFS you give us are in the same condition as you found them and with their original labels and stickers.

Returns policy

1. How can I return my LOFS?

In case you want to return the LOFS you purchased in our online store, please request it by contacting us at ayuda@lofsshoes.com explaining the reason for the return (your opinion is very important to us to continue improving).

You have 15 days to return the product to the following address:


Calle Contraparada, 4. Urbanización Altorreal, Molina de Segura. 30.506 – Murcia (España)

Important note:Until we receive the item and check its condition it is your responsibility. Therefore, we recommend that you send it to us by courier or registered mail and keep the proof of shipment.

2. In what conditions must the LOFS be in order to be returned?

To make the return, it is essential that the product is as you received it, that is (i) in its original state (with any accessory related to them, not being able to be used); and (ii) with its original labels and adhesives.

3. Do I have to pay anything for the refund?

The costs of the return are borne by LOFS SHOES, SL. This rule could change exceptionally in periods of sales or extraordinary that would be warned with clarity.

4. When and how will I receive my refund?

Once we check that the items are in perfect condition and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account (which will be the same from which you made the payment).
